By accessing and using Skip The Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skip The Studio is an AI-powered portrait generation service that allows users to upload photos and create professional-quality portraits with custom backgrounds using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credits:

• 1 credit = 1 AI-generated portrait
• Credits are purchased at $29 for 10 credits
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-refundable once used

4.2 Payment:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once credits are used to generate portraits, they are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please contact support at support@skipthestudio.com

6. User Content

6.1 Your Responsibilities:

• You own all photos you upload
• You have the right to upload and use the photos
• Photos do not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Photos do not contain nudity, violence, or illegal content

6.2 Our Rights:

• We may remove content that violates these terms
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
• Your uploaded photos and generated portraits are stored for 30 days, then deleted

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. Generated portraits are provided for your personal or commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the AI models or service itself.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the Service
• Resell credits or generated portraits as a service

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated portraits may not be perfect. Results depend on photo quality and AI model capabilities. We do not guarantee specific results. If you're unsatisfied with results, contact support for potential manual adjustments.

11. Limitation of Liability

Skip The Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits will be forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
